We’ve designed Save Max & Millie to be easy for busy property teams. We provide the campaign ideas, resident-facing messaging and digital templates. Your team simply chooses the activities that work best for the community, shares them with residents and lets us know how they participated.

How is the $499 annual partnership fee used?

Accepted Answer

We believe in being transparent about where your partnership dollars go. Half of each annual fee is allocated toward donations generated through qualifying resident participation. The remaining half supports the people, technology and coordination that keep the Save Max & Millie program running—including campaign development, digital templates, participation tracking, Housing Guide listings and updates, Humane Society coordination, social media opportunities and ongoing program support.This allows each partnership to create meaningful support for local pets while providing year-round value to your communities.

How are donations generated—and who makes them?

When residents participate in qualifying Save Max & Millie activities—such as pet pantry drives, volunteer opportunities, furry photo campaigns and adoption initiatives—PAWsome Apartments makes a donation to the community’s participating Humane Society.There is no required resident donation, and the contribution does not come from your property’s operating or marketing budget.

Absolutely! The program was created to work across an entire portfolio. Each enrolled property receives its own Pet-Friendly Housing Guide listing and can select the resident engagement opportunities that work best for its community—all while sharing one recognizable Humane Society support story across your brand.

Not at all. Your communities can participate in the opportunities that best fit their residents, teams and schedules. One property may host a pet pantry drive while another promotes volunteer opportunities or a furry photo campaign. We make it easy to maintain a consistent portfolio-wide message while allowing each community to participate in its own way.

What information is needed to create each property’s listing?

Accepted Answer

We’ll collect the community’s current pet policies, fees, restrictions, pet-friendly amenities, photos, leasing offers and contact information. PAWsome Apartments uses those details to create a renter-friendly profile that helps answer some of the most common questions pet-owning prospects have before contacting a property.

Can our listings and leasing offers be updated during the year?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Unlimited updates are included throughout the annual partnership. Your team can send us changes to pet policies, amenities, photos, leasing offers or contact information, and we’ll keep the property’s listing current.
